Energy, construction, agriculture, health, industry, culture: each industry has its trade shows, congresses and international days. Here is where and when they take place, and how to organise your own meeting around them: delegation meeting, business dinner, group accommodation.
The Senegal 2050 national agenda builds the country's growth on four engines. These are the industries that bring investors, suppliers and delegations to Dakar and Diamniadio.
Dates taken from the Teral Travel MICE Calendar. “To be confirmed” marks a date from a secondary source.
Since oil and gas production began, operators, suppliers and delegations from across the region meet in Diamniadio.
Developers, building-materials manufacturers, engineering firms and public buyers meet twice in the season, in Dakar and Diamniadio.
Fairs and trade shows bring together producers, processors, equipment makers and technical partners, at the CICES and the CICAD.
Medical equipment, pharmacy and public health: trade shows and international days bring together ministries, NGOs and suppliers.
The Dakar International Fair and specialised trade shows bring together manufacturers, importers and distributors from across the region.
Major cultural events attract delegations, patrons and companies that invite their clients and teams.
International and national days set the pace for the workshops, ceremonies and campaigns of ministries, United Nations agencies and NGOs based in Dakar.
