Dates, group size, room set-ups, accommodation, catering, technical needs, and budget if you wish to state it. Once, in French or English.
We check that the brief is complete, rephrase it where needed and come back to you on anything missing. A poorly described project produces answers you cannot compare.
Venues whose capacity matches, operators able to handle transfers, technical services or the programme. They all receive the same brief.
We gather them and present them to you. Published capacities are reconfirmed with each venue at that point.
The contract is concluded between you and the selected provider, who alone is responsible for delivery. Teral Travel is not a party to it.

Published capacities and facilities come from the venues' official sources. A listing marked “Verified” has been confirmed by the venue itself, on the date shown. A listing without that mark reproduces public information we have not yet had confirmed, and says so. We never use the word “certified”: we do not certify anything. We verify, and we date what we verify.
Your project details are shared with the venues and operators approached for this brief. Your identity and contact details are not passed on to them until you have selected a proposal. We neither sell nor rent any data. Read the privacy policy →
Submitting a request and receiving proposals costs you nothing, and we add no commission to the provider's price. Our business is funded by our partnerships with the venues and operators in the network. In-depth support — programme design, bespoke sourcing, site inspection on your behalf — is quoted separately and always agreed in advance.
No. We sell no services and organise no events. We identify the venues and operators that match your project and put you in touch with them.
You receive an acknowledgement. We review the brief, come back to you if something is missing, then approach the relevant providers. You are kept informed at every step.
Yes. You can name the venues you want consulted and we pass your request on to them. We will simply tell you if one of them does not fit your brief, and why.
Published capacities come from the venues' official sources and are dated. They are reconfirmed with the venue when the proposal is made, as a room may have been reconfigured or be unavailable.
We tell you so. It is better to point you to another period, another destination or another format than to waste your time with unsuitable options.
